- 60 Days guarantee on prescriptions filled for eyeglasses in which case we can replace lenses at NO CHARGE for a doctor’s change
- Full replacement of progressive lenses for first-time wearers if they do not ADAPT within 60 days of purchase.
- All frames purchased from us have at least ONE YEAR Warranty on any manufacturing defects, genuine breakages and/or color peeling.
- Anti-reflective coatings have ONE YEAR Warranty for any peelings or such defects.
- Polycarbonate or Trivex material used for lenses have a SIX MONTH breakage Warranty in which case the lenses will be replaced at NO CHARGE.
- All contact lenses can be exchanged if the prescription changes before the next refill even if the boxes are opened.
- All trial contact lenses are at NO CHARGE
- Our price match guarantee will make sure you are getting the best deal from us on all products provided a written quote is produced from our competitors.
- All adjustments to eyeglasses whether purchased from us or not will be done at NO CHARGE. Adjustments done on patients own eyeglasses will be done at owner’s risk.

- Fellow of the Association of British Dispensing Opticians.
Experience
- Over twenty years in the Optical industry from three different countries.
- Well equipped in product knowledge for both eyeglasses and contact lenses.
- Specializes in fitting Multifocal contact lenses.
Dr. Mustafa Rawji, O.D
Qualifications
- Graduated from the University of Bradford and the University of Waterloo
Experience
- Worked with ophthalmologists who are corneal, glaucoma and retina specialists
- Undertakes trips to third world countries with Global Kindness Foundation, where he assists in conducting eye exams for those not fortunate enough to have access to adequate eye care
Dr. Lauren Hsia, O.D
Qualifications:
- Licensed Optometrist (O.D. – Graduated from the University of Waterloo School of Optometry)
Experience:
- Passionate about providing the highest quality of care to her patients
- Been with Crystalline Eyewear since 2018
- Provide optometric services in English and Chinese
- Enjoys working with patients of all ages
